No, it is not open to the general public for tours.

When do you ship tubers?
Do you use filters or touch up your photos?
No, there are no adjustments to coloring or any other feature on any photos. We want you to see the true colors of each flower and altering those is gives a false representation
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Not at this time. I know that is frustrating to find just the perfect flower only to not be able to purchase it but there are many restrictions to ship internationally.
Do you substitute or refund if item is out of stock?
That is your choice! At check out you will be ask to check a box if you would prefer a substitution or a refund if something unforeseen happens. If a suitable substitution within the same form & color palette is unavailable then either a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method or if we have another option outside of the form and/or color scheme we feel you may be happy with we will contact you for authorization to send as a replacement
Do you have a guarantee?
care, Yes, there is a 3 day guarantee from the time you receive your package. Tubers, cuttings & potted herbs are living, perishable items and as such they need to be handled/stored properly to maintain their viability for spring planting. We are not in control of what care they receive and what temperature/humidity conditions they encounter once they leave our farm so there is no way to give a guarantee past that time frame. Faith’s Acres is not responsible for lack of performance or loss of stock due to improper care, storage, early planting, forced sprouting, environmental and/or growing conditions. These are all items that are not within our control.

Yes, there are some gorgeous perfect tubers out there, Yes, we have them on our farm too. Are all this way? Are most this way? NO. You should not expect every tuber from every grower to be the ideal perfect specimen. We are not putting them in a trophy case, we are not walking them down the red carpet, we are however chucking them in the ground and burying them in the dirt. If you are one of these people who wants a tuber you can put in a trophy case and admire its perfection please shop somewhere else!
What do I do if I am unhappy with how my tubers look?

Contact us FIRST! We will respond, and usually very quickly…and BE KIND! You always get a better results if you are kind, flower farmers are people too. IF you are one of those people that has to run to social media and complain or ask ‘Is this tuber ok? will it grow?’ Ummmm yes, it is already growing-there is an eye visible or most of the time a sprout ON THE TUBER of course it will grow! There are many facebook groups on which you can discuss your tubers, if you don’t know how to act like an adult and contact us first then find somewhere else to shop 🙂 And as an FYI if you are ‘one of those’ people…the farmers are in these groups too and yes some do take note of ‘those’ people and yes some do have a blacklist. So If you are one of these people who wants a tuber you can put in a trophy case and admire its perfection & have to run to facebook to slam any non perfect tuber…please shop somewhere else!
Store Credit/Refunds/Returns?
This will be on a case by case situation within our guarantee period. Please contact us immediately upon receiving & opening your package if there is a problem and we will work to resolve any issues. We will require photos of the tuber that clearly show our markings. In some instances you may be required to return the product to us at your cost, and once the products have been received by us we will issue a certificate for replacement next season, a store credit or refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Faith’s Acres is not responsible for lack of performance or loss of stock due to improper storage, early planting, forced sprouting, environmental and/or growing conditions. These are all items that are not within our control.
I received my happy mail, what tuber look like & now what do I do with them?
Open your package immediately! Inspect your tubers and proceed to store them until the weather is appropriate to plant in the ground. Included in every package will be a brochure with instructions on how to locate the eye, how to store, and how to plant so make sure to read that if you are new to dahlias. There are several common ways people will store their prized tubers with temperature & humidity in mind. Please do not order in advance if you do not have the knowledge of how to store your tubers. We ship from the end of March thru the end of May so you can order later in the season where you can immediately plant into the ground. Faith’s Acres does not have any control over packages once they leave our hands. Claims of damage in transit should be made with the USPS or UPS and also brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of your package. Please email us and include pictures of the damage which will also be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
MUST READ! What will my tuber order look like?
All tubers will have an eye, each variety will be in a separate package inside your box and be clearly marked with the name either on the individual packages and/or on the tuber. Tubers come in ALL sizes! Fat & stubby, itsy bitsy teeny tiny, loooong & skinny, some may have tape on the neck or a plant paint on the neck (if you see this DO NOT try to remove it just plant as normal with tape/paint intact). Some are big & heavy or may have been cut down for better storage, some are a bit wrinkly, some may have a little softness when squeezed and lets face it some are just downright ugly! If there is a body, a neck (which could be an area so small you wonder it it is even there) a crown & an eye, if it has those IT WILL GROW. This is not a fashion contest! It is not the size that creates the height/health/blooms of your plant. The tiniest of tubers can grow the most prolific beautiful plants! You will receive a brochure with care instructions so make sure to read through that if you are unsure how to care for or plant your tubers.
Can I add to my order after I have checked out/Combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, we do offer combined shipping on multiple orders. At checkout you will have an option to select pick up on all orders after your first one provided your initial order has not left the farm. Because shipping prices & size of box varies greatly if you pay for 1-4 tubers on your first order and then checkout with 10 more tubers in the next order we will adjust accordingly when we package & weigh your final order and send you a invoice for the difference.
