We want you to be happy & we stand behind everything we sell. We also understand there are things out of our control and yours as well, Prior to being shipped we do allow for returns, however you will incur a $10 cancellation fee or 10% of your order, whichever is greater to cover the labor of restocking and processing of paperwork. Please contact us to see if your order is still in house and can be returned.
Whenever possible your refund will automatically go back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
If for any reason you need to return an order Once your precious cargo leaves our farm returns will be handled on a case by case situation within our guarantee period. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your package if there is a problem we will work to resolve any issues. Please get in touch with us within 3 days to discuss your situation and how to proceed in receiving information for your order to be returned and a return order number. If an order or items are returned to us without this information or returned past 3 days of receiving the order, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued less a 15% restocking fee (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable) at the farms discretion.
If it is a situation of damage of the package or contents once it has left our care we will help you walk through the process with USPS as each package carries insurance. If it is not shipping related please contact us as soon as you are aware there is a problem within the guarantee period to discuss your situation. We will require photos of the items that clearly show our markings & the damage. In some instances you may be required to return the product to us at your cost, and once the products have been received by us we will issue a certificate for replacement next season, a store credit or refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Faith’s Acres is not responsible for lack of performance or loss of stock due to improper storage, early planting, forced sprouting, environmental and/or growing conditions. These are all items that are not within our control.
If your order is sent out to you with the address you have provided and is returned by USPS as returned to sender-not able to be delivered for whatever reason, the order can be re-shipped however if additional fees are assessed by USPS you will be invoiced and required to pay said invoice prior to reshipment. If you choose to not pay the additional USPS fees for reshipment and would like to cancel the order there will be a 15% restocking fee provided the contents are still intact and viable for planting. If they are no longer viable the order cannot be canceled and you will need to take up a claim with the USPS. (shipping and handling fees are non- refundable).
